Guitar Equipment Required

Guitar

Firstly (and somewhat obviously) you will need a guitar. There are a number of different guitars on the market. This course is designed for either:

• a 6 string spanish or classical guitar (nylon strings); or
• a 6 string acoustic guitar (metal strings)

Optional Extras

In addition to a guitar and the computer equipment, there are a number of additional items that will be useful and are not expensive.

• A capo
• Thumb pick
• Pitch pipe to facilitate tuning your guitar
